I feel like I'm having a hard time with viewer retention and engagement. People seem to come by and watch all the time, but aside from a small handful, they never seem to return. idk if its just because I have poor zatsu skills, or I just focus too much on the game itself, but I feel like I don't give most viewers a good reason to return. I agree with the other response. I watched a couple of minutes of your VODs, and there are a few things I could point out.There's nothing too wrong with your streams, technically at least. Production quality is good.

However, you do talk too fast and you tend to mumble/ramble sometimes, especially when reading game text. Slow down, people are there to relax and hang out. For game text, I recommend every streamer to either skip it or to actually read it out properly enunciated or acted w/ a meta comment or two. If you play a game like Pathfinder that's text heavy, complicated and visually unclear, this is even more important so that your viewers can actually follow along.

Your own critique is also spot on. I didn't hear a single scrap of zatsu and you only talk about the game, on a surface basis. That's not very entertaining, and most of all, it doesn't feel like you're including the viewer into your experience.
Be more attentive to chat. Ask them how they're doing. Talk about your day. Your hobbies. Explain the mechanics of the game clearly and regularly. People are watching when they come home from school or work, you got to cater to your viewers.That's how you build a community. Hide your ccv counter and practice.

And also, it is a grind. You need both luck and skill to get even close to 10ccv, esp. as a male. You seem like a good guy, so I wish you luck soldier!
