I would say they have an arguably better model than traditional Vtuber companies because they hire and debut individual talents instead of gens. It’s a lot easier to pick and choose who you want to watch and ignore the rest of you feel like it. If someone is causing problems, they can just boot them and their generation won’t suffer because they don’t have one. It makes sense why they’re so exclusive about who can join. It’s more like a guild or a union instead of a corporation.
