Its very simple. Ghostwriters exist to produce a work dictated (more or less) by the cover author. Those are, with few exceptions, autobiographies or core branding works (The Art of the Deal was ghostwritten)

Neither of those apply to artwork like you're asking. Essentially you're just trying to convince an artist to let you pay them to allow you to post their work under your name. The closest you'll get is commercial use and release statements (which you all better have from your artists)

Im kind of pissed off because the stuff I commission from big name artists ends up lower quality and uglier than their other works. Spent a good chunk of money on overlays from an artist that worked with Buffpup, Nijisanji, etc and my overlays barely followed the drafts that I provided, NDA was broken, it was past deadline, and the artist was too pussy to email me the final files so their manager had to do it. look at the last "gen", most of them had self posted way before they started streaming and they continued to self post at least occasionally outside of just posting a link, look at Merlie for example, we had him post and ask for advice on his design, also he started to network with other new aspies in their chat and finally we had seen him finalize his design, get a cheap mic and hit the stream button even if his stream quality was not that great.
How long did that take? less than two weeks and no one said shit because everyone in the thread had two weeks to know there was a new aspie.
Rura for example posted her link without self posting but we know for a fact that she used to be here from the fact the she knew a few of the aspies and after she started streaming she made a new account to support and network with the aspies on twitch.
Anyways there is nothing wrong with dropping a link here but don't expect any people from here to take more than just a look.

I use CSP or sometimes a lower quality kid's program if I need to destress, personally I've improved through observing other artists!
Not like tracing or trying to recreate art, but observing things like lineart/coloring techniques, the way they stylize poses, breaking down how they get this result
I highly suggest finding artists and watching their process through a speedpaint or a livestream, it gives you a really good idea of how it gets from start to end
