I hate the fact that most people have only ever seen clips of this famous monologue, and have trusted the subtitles added by the clipper, rather than listening with their own ears.
She clearly says "The NORMAL One", but she doesn't enunciate the "mmm" sound, so you hear "NOR'AR" or "NORR" instead, which the clipper interpreted as "No".
The fact that she thinks that pepperoni pizza is "normal", as in "default", makes the rant so much funnier, and doesn't have the weird grammatical problem that "the no one" introduces.

I can forgive you for hearing that, but it's more like "NOR'N" or rather "NORNA" (with a very soft "A" sound at the end).

Dominos Australia did a "premium" promotional variant of pepperoni pizza with a different kind of pepperoni. When she says got the "no-mul one" she means she got the cheap value range one on the regular menu. t. worked at Australian Dominos years ago.
