Yep. They (and fans) knew that Frostpunk sequel is going to be released soon so they slowly reduce the original Frostpunk price to lure in and entice late comers to play their game and if they love it enough, Frostpunk 2 will have better sales than the original.

Akane Asahina used to be the one interacting the most with the western fans on Niji reddit so joining a western company and straddling the language barrier would make sense.
Lilith Yumeno wasn't a Niji, and you may say "but didn't she get fired for alleged law infringement and nda breaking?" but most people didn't buy it, and Chilla still shouts her out in the games(which is why NoriPro don't play them). She also had very coomery content and humor so she'd fit in VShojo.
Also people say Gundou but pre-Niji Gundou had serious beef with pre-Holo Rushia so unless Nazuna quits I can't see it happening.
