Here's a theory about Coco's graduation. What if Coco and Kanata are actually romantically involved as a couple. Hololive might have some policy about talents dating each other because of the drama a breakup would cause or something along those lines. Coco graduates so that she can be with her waifu as only one of them will work for Hololive. Then Kanata writes a song about Coco because she left for her.
