Henya's english is not really bad in my ESL opinion, she can express herself in a variety of ways in a decently natural manner, but she struggles with vocabulary and reading.
She should pick newspaper and books if she wants to really improve.

Her English is legitimately very good and worthy of praise. Her pronunciation is excellent and her meaning is clear. She can consistently communicate in English without any misunderstanding in what she's trying to say which is all anyone expects from a foreigner in the first place. The US is literally filled with people who get by just fine with far worse English than she has demonstrated.

Yes there is room for improvement and it's good that chat is always subtly coaching her to make her better but only a gigantic asshole would imply her English is anything less than very good.
