I don't disagree that there's shady shit in the idol industry and that popularity ranking can be absolutely demoralizing to a developing young women.
But most serious idols are probably not dating, they're busy with vocal lessons, dance lessons, recordings for advertisements and photo shoots. It's not that managers or music industry "leaders" are forcing them to not have a boyfriend. Having a boyfriend just gets in the way of the actual work.
