She signed a contract with a company to work for them. They invested in her and expect her financial return. They're a mix of promising and good, but that's kind of the answer you'd expect in their general, so I don't really think that answer means much on its own. Tenma is unironically both cute and funny with a much higher than average starting confidence, so I'd recommend checking out her debut stream next.
