First off, management wanted Gura to stream over Advent to pull in new viewers. Gura has a lot of subscribers who don't watch other Holos, so they want that audience to at least be aware that Advent exists.

I think it is lack of motivation. She got too popular too fast in the middle of a bubble with little competition. Now the bubble has burst and there is competition everywhere.

I bet she spends all this money on these big animation projects and stuff but does it even beat her early numbers? I bet it is demoralizing even if you understand why it still sucks your drive away. And worst of all she basically doesn't have to stream at this point and she still makes money, so her incentives to do it are low. And at the end of the day, even of she loves her fans, we are still just a chat box full of names she truly doesn't know.
