You might get the wrong idea seeing someone like Kaela power through things, but she probably just has a threshold of how much she wants to do at any one time, and she has probably been doing quite a bit on the backend. Plus, she definitely seems more like an RPG enjoyer(not just RPGmaker types) and those have been notorious for getting permissions, she probably has quite a few things she wants to do. Needs time to be able to settle in and see that its not just a hobby on the side with possible income, but a job. And given her talent, I would say she is getting run over the coals to soar as soon as possible. Given people chew up and spit out entertainers at the best of times, its just good to let people grow instead of giving them a countdown before you switch off.

She has said she like minecraft, but only builds when she plays it. In bg3, she wants to explore the environment and interact with npcs. To be fair, those covers are likely stuff she recorded already in the pre-debut months, and are now just getting released one after another to ride the debut hype buff and get her hooks in the algo (smart strategy btw, Mori did similar in the beginning).
Once she has released the stash of all the songs that were already done pre-debut, and needs to actually record new stuff while having to actually keep up with her normal Hololive streaming duties at the same time, her output frequency should slow down and normalize to a more reasonable pace that isn't breakneck "one song per week" anymore but maybe one song per month or every other month. I really think she should just do more karaokes, if nothing else to get more comfortable doing them and to learn how to setup her audio properly. Plus she's the fucking singer of the gen. Put a hold on covers, we already have 3, plus a cover is more intense on your voice than a karaoke.
