Here's a quick checklist I've developed to determine if someone is a menhera. 100% accurate.
1. Is this person a woman? Add 1 point if yes.
2. Is this person a vtuber? Add 1 point if yes.
3. Is this person American? Add 1 point if yes.

If the total score is 1 to 3 points, then the person is a menhera. If it's 0 points then the person is not a menhera. Hope that was helpful.
