Yes that is technically possible but you'd be stacking three AI models together that would have to be unbelievably perfect because any error in the first ones would carry over exponentially to the next. It would need to correctly process any arbitrary screen consisting of thousands of variable inputs (at really, REALLY low resolutions), and then somehow identify productive goals (or any goal really), then figure out how to achieve those goals through it's hundreds of variable outputs.
