That score would be rank 38 right now assuming it's the 2H, rank 96 if it's just 2. I'm shooting for rank 1 and that requires killing thousands of Yagoos, which is impossible with Injection's drain active. Kusogaki/Injection is fun in stage, but like I said I'm trying for score maximization so I never want either. Also, I'm not sure where your level up stats are going, but Piki is routinely getting more ATK% for me than Injection would have, pic related. I'm frankly a bit tired of Iofi so I may do some Risu when I get home tonight, and I guarantee that speedy tank build will outperform glass cannon.

Right now it's quite balanced though? If you go full survivability then you you're alive for longer but you kill less Yagoo. If you go full glass cannon then the Yagoo until 32nd min mark are pure food, but you can probably only lasts until 35 or 36 min mark since they will just outscale your damage.
Of course mistake like Choco with Beetle and Jingisukan being able to do both sometimes appear.

Time is the only thing that dictates your HC multiplier, so the bonus score you get is fully dependent on it. Yes you need kills for your base score, but you need far less for every minute extra your survive.

my gripe with injection now lv200 runs are a thing isnt the hp loss but that 60% atk really really isnt that much in the endgame, thats what, 6 levels of 8% atk rolls

Anon, can you not read that leaderboard? I'm sitting at #4, having been stationary murdering Yagoo's the whole time. The only 3 above me all have a full 3 minutes of time survived more than I do, but barely 150k points between me and #1.

It's just 2 and rank 287. I can most certainly push it further with snow sake, bone bros and rap dog or bardiche, as well as earlier halu, but probably not top-50, yeah, at least not on stage 2 map.

Atk is +8 per lvl, piki is ~+2.5% per health up. You have about 40 health-ups here + 100hp from super collab, which is what, +125% atk? So I can just put 6 levels in atk and rest in hp and be at ~160hp less, but with flames. I'd say it is not the worst trade-off, unless you are tanking.

I'd say, the more obvious problem with my run is that skipping glasses for injection is stupid, you catch up by the 30 minutes mark anyway. I'll tinker it more later this week.

Piki is a damage increase and not an attack increase which is fundamentally different though. Even the lowest HP characters get 14 HP every time they pick it, which is 3.5%. Piki is a multiplier, and looking at him, he has 632 HP. So it's a 158% damage increase.

Hardcore is the 1hp version, yeah? What’s weird is I did that with Kronii and lasted a really long time on level 4 which got me to 40th on the leaderboard. Then I did the same thing with normal hp on the same stage, lasted less time, and got 18th. I swear it’s something other than just longevity.

No. For one, haste doesn't affect a lot of damage skills, but the 75% reduction in damage does, so it's a straight negative for some characters like Sana, Azki, Kaela, etc. Same thing with certain collab items, like Stream of Tears or Endless Fujoshi. And as others have said, you can easily get that haste from stat upgrades if you are playing endless, without the hit to your damage output.

An unupgraded Dragon Fire with 55% crit + shopmax kills the boss in a minute by aiming at boss while keeping him at edge of screen + manually dodge some bullets.
I'd disable two weapon slots in shop to waste less level ups on weapons, and Dragon Fire particularly benefits from anvil upgrades due to its rate of fire.

Rather than the multiplier it'd be wiser to reduce the penalty range. Seems like Kay also realized that and stealth buffed it from 150px to 130px. The idea of the item is to kill the backlines first rather than dealing with whoever closest to you, so if you're taking it you need to also build collabs that appear out of thin air like Flattening Board and not something that comes out from your character like Ringfit.

Yup I also encountered it on some of my runs, sometimes the Yagoos just take an ungodly amount of damage. No idea how to reproduce it though to report the bug in the first place, and looking at this image the only common thing they had with my run were the Snow Flower Sake and Elite Cooking.
