phase is an agency with rather individual talents honestly. there's rarely any particular bonds between the girls, so when it comes to collabs, it's harder for socially anxious people to integrate themselves correctly.
that's why big agencies like holo organize meetings before debut and encourage interactions between the talents, it helps the formation of friendships and it makes everyone feel more comfortable. i can understand that phase hardly can do stuff like that though, and western companies usually don't apply such things anyway.
