Fuwa Minato got 140k viewers for his 3D debut, which is the record for most live viewers of a vtuber 3D event. He only got 10k subs from such a big event and his audience size is the same size as it was before, both in live viewers and VOD views.
If people are subbing to Gura and watching her VODs, they're not tourists, they're fans that can't watch her livestreams due to timezone differences.
