Basically yeah they tag team that one of them is primarily engaging the chat and the other the game. Of course they can bounce off each other back and forth from these too. They've got this down pretty well so that their streams are collabs yet somehow they pay a lot of attention to chat still, whereas normally collabs are seen as an excuse to just ignore chat. I dunno if people even notice or appreciate how interesting and rare this is to see.
