I would probably include Watame as part of Shiranui. She isn't part of Shiranui proper but she is a member of Miko's Holy Demon Army which is a part of Shiranui. Basically Shiranui's military unit.

choco is making a yatai with subaru members right now probably because of subachocoluna. akukin is more dire than subarus group since marine doesnt have a strong motivation for mc and wants to join shiranui. also mio is a member of smok and f ams, fits into subarus group. the others are pretty much ghosts.

Marine and Mio are Akukin to the core. They just like to tease Aqua all the time. Although if Aqua is really done with Minecraft then I could see Marine joining Shiranui and I would be hype as hell for that. Adding Marine to the already super entertaining group of Miko, Suisei, Flare, and Polka would just be *chefs kiss*

i'd say Matsuri is Subaru's saviour rn ngl. she joined Subaru when Rushia resigned and Subaru was practically alone at that time. Luna was pretty much non-existant then.

marine was repeatedly mumbling in mios mc stream yesterday like "ahh shiranui". shes very close to flare. if shiranui didnt have miko and suisei she would join it if she was free.

both marine and mio just want to appease aqua whos been trying hard to fully come back at this point. aqua has skills of mc to some extent but imo she should team up with subaru, since subaru is one of her rare friends who can talk about anything with and both of them arent really active in mc.

yeah thatd be probably very fun. flair, miko, marine, and polka are already very close and can banter each other every way possible, and flair is the most skilled mc player in holo jp so marine would learn a lot from her if she joined shiranui. there arent many collabs of suisei and marine, but they will immediately become close.
