Sodapoppin is the second vtuber he rigged (the first was Sodapoppin's artist) although he has presumably gotten a lot of practice animating simpler models for his game.
The rigger is a friend of the artist and who recommended (or possibly subcontracted) him, so Sodapoppin's excellent rig is a consequence of the luck kind of fortune not the money kind.
