Mumei is a pretty normal girl all things considered, but people tend to pin a lot of weird stuff on her simply because she's kinda quiet. Shiori plays up her weirdness a lot, but I do think she's definitely weirder than most people in HoloEN. (Not menhera or anything though. She's just a pretty legit yumejo with obvious /here/ ties.)
Fauna is also pretty weird, but she masks it better than anyone else. (Shiori doesn't even attempt to mask it.)
