NTA but Council does have somewhat of a mindshare problem. At least outside of EN it seems. Of course it most likely has to do with just the relative lack of JP collabs outside of Bae. But anecdotally I saw some people who didn't know Council debuted all the way into early this year on Chinese sites. They are doing well CCV and also merch wise but their mindchair can definitely be improved. Cover seems to be kind of on top of things with all the stuff they are involving council but we will see.

1 hour is just too long. Most of the Holo debuts could have been just as fine 30 minutes. The goal of debut shouldn't be to tell what kind of anime and games they like. It's to make the viewers interested and to tune in to future streams.

La+ debut is the best one I have seen. It's short enough to leave some mystery because she didn't try to give a powerpoint presentation of her whole plans in Hololive. It was actually entertaining and made the viewers want to learn more about her and tune to her future streams to learn more.

I think the biggest issue is Council is SUPER NA focused. Fauna and Mumei can't speak any japanese and are very american. They talk about america, they reference american things, they stream only in american times (compared to Mori and Kiara providing a more worldwide viewing experience). Kronii can speak a little bit more japanese but she's pretty much in the same boat just replace America with Canada

So i think that kind of caps them for the international audience. Who DO like them but just don't "get" them as much. EN3 will have the twins so I could honestly see them having better mindshare in the end
