Setting the bar quite high, aren't we? You have such strong competition with Mori, Bae, IRyS, and various people doing one off songs. Even then, this gets destroyed by Yfu and early Mori if we're sticking solely to EN, much less someone like Hachi's first originals or even Aoi and Kotone's better originals. The debut song after announcing the record deal should be the best off the album and a major attention getter, while this would be album filler.

You can hear how amatuerish the lyrics are from how she has to majorly stretch even the first line to fit the beat before rushing through the next, and before you go that's the intention, singing isn't like rapping where you want to have a varied flow, it just sounds stilted because you have holds that drag on for too long. The lyrics have no rhyme scheme for a good portion of the song, most notably the chorus which is especially egregious, and highlights it's absence by having the most basic of one at times. The self harmonies aren't well done since she doesn't go far enough away from the leading voice to make it sound good and instead just comes across as loud and autotune-ish. There are some hints at what the song could be during the final chorus where she shows some variations on not just simply following the backing track and finds some interesting counterpoints, but overall this song is bland to bad depending on how much you're willing to eat up a lot of bad Japanese musical decisions but in English this time.
