Pretty sure coco wasn't singled out, it's more that management is preventing most of the talent's creative ideas. From what I know Pekora's and Marine's ideas have also been shot down multiple times and Kiara has openly complained about how management are treating them like kids and not allowing them to do anything. Coco just got too fed up probably. Pair that with the zhang shit, and there's really no reason why she would continue with hololive, except if she put her fan's well being over her own.
