Kiara confirmed that all talents will get the new update at the same time, so the preview streams won't be only on her and Kaela's channel if there is an early access sneak peek for the Hololive talents. No further details, though, and it's unknown when the talents get access, possibly when everyone else does too. I assume Kay Yu will send a final build to the managers and the talents will be able to get it through them if they wish to give a preview, since that makes the most sense, but don't take my word for it.

At this point after tons of updates holocure has a lot of feature but as a basic concept having your character auto shoot at pngs that spawn on the edge of your screen is really fucking simple to make.

How many times I died/whether I felt like it was even possible to die while beating every stage as each character. I used every upgrade up to 1 level lower than what was recommended with G Ranks off. Fandoms were on but they were pretty much the same for everyone.

I didn't die as Irys or Sora. I had some bumps, but it mostly felt easy. Kiara I actually tried dying as and to justify her resurrection ability, but I couldn't. She's that strong.

The girls in A tier are ones I either didn't die as but it was a struggle (Korone, Calli and Mio take awhile to get going) or I died once despite not feeling like I was struggling all that much (Fauna and Roboco feel super strong at first and that overconfidence can kill you). Miko is the most solid character, no flaws, not OP; Azki and Subaru are similar, but worse. Okayu and Kronii are more risky, you experience more highs and lows, either desperately trying to stay full HP or watching the special gauge fill up so you can eat the horde. Choco is the worst in that regard. I originally thought I'd be putting her in S tier, but then I died out of nowhere. When RNGsus doesn't give you charms or an enemy uncharms on top of you, it's not great. She is by far the most hectic character to play in my opinion.

B tier I died a couple times as. C tier is for characters I died 3-5 times as. I love Shion's and Matsuri's gameplay, but they're obviously weak. Meanwhile, I hate Sana and Bae and they almost caused me to quit. Mel and Suisei I died almost 10 times as. Mel has a big bite, drops good everywhere, shoots bats all over the place, and yet - somehow - she still doesn't deal damage. I don't know if it's there's a bug somewhere or what, but she should be absolutely shitting out damage, yet she doesn't. Suisei is more of a range problem. She also might be an RNG problem. I think some characters, like ones that rely on RNG like crits and knockback, scale better with upgrades and G Ranks. So if you have those high/max, you probably don't get me knocking Sana, Bae, Suisei, etc.

I died like 30 times as Ina and I'm not joking. Her book and special's knockback just turns the wave of enemies into a tsunami. It's like watching a the ocean recede into the horizon, moments before disaster.

the main difference is that vamp survivor has very little directional weapons, and the ones that are quickly become omnidirectional so there's less emphasis on facing than holocure
also the power curve on VS is higher and past a certain point the game basically plays itself. Holocure has a less steep curve so that doesn't happen as often

I personally agree to an extent btw with having somewhat more serious abilities and weapons since I'm drawn towards that sort of thing myself which is why Kaela, Moona, and Anya look the most interesting to me in future update.
