I haven't see a lot of content from this corporation and would like to do more research before I send in a form though.
What would you say at the biggest upsides, and what are the downsides? What kind of people do you think they're looking for to flesh their roster out? I heard their talents can be pretty coomer, but are they really (to the extent of vshojo or nijien?)? They don't seem like it from what little I have watched.
Does EIEN have any long-term goals in the future as a company?
Also, are there any streams you would say are 'required reading'?

one thing i like about it, as well as idol, is that the corpo covers the cost for the games. however EIEN keeps the owenership of the accounts and games, keep that in mind. the models and rigging are very high quality. i'd also say very good social media interaction, but that depends on each of the talents as well. the CEO seems to be pretty flexible for when the talents need tiem for themselves or if they just want to do more content back to back. overall i'd say is has very good support, and has already made networking with other corpos.

whatever bad reputation it may have, i am of the opinion that it was caused by community schism and the like, but if a talent sets boundaries and rules you are in a good position to continue

On the subject that EIEN might have a bad reputation, every company has their beginnings, and sometimes it's rocky. Companies can break out of these molds as they grow. Things like that evolve so long as you give it room to, especially when getting new talent. I don't expect any company, especially new ones to be perfect. So, I appreciate you guys giving me the details and your own personal views of the company's current values, goals, and perceived culture.

As meme as this is usually, I'd say talent freedom. You are free to do what ever content you like and interact however you want. Even in this first gen there is a turbo coomer (the only one that even comes close to her is Melody on her CB account) and a girl that is trying to phase out all the curse words from her vocabulary. One of the girls sits on discord and chats with her fans 24/7, another that literally never interacts with her viewers outside of streams. The only thing I can see you being forced to do is the bare minimum what you can expect of a corpo: Make a debut song, show up for someones birthday, don't dox yourself.
From what the girls said, management also provides a lot of support.

The fanbase. Full of coomers and groomers that are used to getting their way. They can also be creepy as fuck (especially kichains). You really need to know how to put your foot down to get anywhere with them. Management can also be pretty retarded at times.

I just love my oshi and this thread. I answer these types of questions so that people go in with the most accurate picture. It helps steer people in the right direction for them and gives my oshi the best chance possible to have a long and bright future. Many others feel the same way. Also from what I have seen, people /here/ don't hate without a reason, if you exclude dramatourists. You still haven't done anything to be hated.

Another thing to keep in mind is that their discord might not be the best platform for gathering accurate info. It is heavily curated and one of the rules is specifically "no criticism (constructive or not)". But it is also the only platform they actively use to interact with the fans

Also here is the mod drama. All the names are either mods (at the time, they were all unmodded when this came out) or very well known fans. The biggest problem this thread has with them now is that they are all still a very active part of the community even after all the shitty things done.
