I wouldn't call it 'good'. It's well drawn, theres nothing really bad about it, but it's incredibly generic and unidentifiable. The gloves are kind of unique as a design piece, but everything else is so derivative that nothing really stands out or looks unique. The cloak or whatever has some tinges of Native American, thats actually a niche i haven't seen explored much, maybe they should've accentuated that even more. Otherwise she looks like a NPC-sidecharacter you'd see in the background.
