I think its fine. I don't think everyone needs to be able to sing. Sure it helps especially since I assume there will be a collab song for gen 2 like there was for gen 1, but as long as you're able to bring something unique or interesting that you excel in, which helps you stand out, I think it should be fine. As a viewer I care more about consistency and holding my interest. All you have to do is not be boring and I'll watch.

I haven't played 1 in years, but as far as I remember, the only parts that would potentially need a guide are some of the final boss battles. Everything else is pretty straightforward. So just warn her to open the guide only when she actually gets to those boss battles (since seeing them for the first time is the best part).

I have also noticed that if I disappear for a while and not show up to any streams, I get noticed more. Probably has something to do with familiarity bias. In the same way a stinky person may not realize they smell so bad because their sense of smell has essentially gotten used to and stopped processing those smells, the streamer is likely to notice you more when you aren't always there chatting, and only pop up every now and then so that you stand out.
