She knows that to repair her relationship with her viewers she has to stream; but those streams, at least the first few are going to be incredibly awkward. So she's caught herself in a neverending loop that won't really end until she just takes the plunge. The problem of course being, she is Gura, and doing something as outgoing as plunging into an uncomfortable situation simply isn't going to happen unless forced.

She's always been a vshojo-type streamer/content creator before Hololive, and when she got bored of the usual MC+FOTM+karaoke juggling and wanted to get back to her roots starting with react content, her chat said no. She obviously can't collab with males because that would kill her massive passive income, and she doesn't know enough Japanese to build genuine connections with the JP members, so she just stopped caring altogether. When she came back for the 15th time, her chat started "harassing" her for being inactive, so she did what Gura does best: nothing. Maybe EN3 will revive her for some time, and you will see occasional periods of increased activity here and there, but there's no way it's gonna last. The glory days are over, and she will keep on coasting until she gets bored of it.

If you paid attention since debut, Gura has never truly enjoyed fan interaction. She tried to, I'll give her that. During mid-2021 when she streamed regularly and had mini zatsudans and would talk to the chumbuds casually. Everyone was so happy since it felt like Gura absolutely refused to come out of her shell and be more open to her fanbase, and finally it felt like she was.
