The thing about cringe SC's is that there's sometimes dissonance, which I can understand in a way. There's genuine cringe I can laugh at, but often something a zoomer teenager finds cringe hits hard because as an adult I can experience the pain of a person in his "cringe" SC which isn't cringe at all, but teenagers not having the insight and life experience to understand where a person is coming from. It's all fun and games until life slowly starts tearing into you.
