I really don't know why they tried so hard to sabotage Tempus, they really gave them all some of the worst possible models as if they were trying to force them to fail. IRyS had to fight hard for her redesign and I believe the only reason she got it that fast was because even management knew her original model was limiting her growth. Hard to say whether they felt the same about Vesper but his redesign was done even faster. Management does go the extra mile for Holostars but in retrospect Vesper's November suspension does indicate that it wasn't an easy battle.
