This is the more important part. I've seen too many 2/3views fumble the bag HARD when they get raided, and for my oshi it might damn near kill her. There's no doubt that she wants to grow as well, but I feel that (and she's explicitly said that) she wants her own pace, and will slow down on purpose. So I follow the same doctrine.

Clips should be something you WATCH, not endlessly flip through because they all do the modern trendy thing of spoiling the ending of the 20-30 second clip, then playing it.
Furthermore clips should be MEMORABLE. If you asked me what are some of my favorite Hololive moments I could give you a list of 10+ clips, videos, or fan animated segments of streams that capture the soul of the company's talents.
The only memorable things about Filian are her videos of her tripping and falling over, trying to flip and then falling over, showing her ass, or some combination of one of the first two and the third.
