Cover takes it too far by being psychotically obsessed with the west coast timeslot to the point of forcing newcomers to stream there, despite the fact that east coast prime time is quite a lot better for the globe (and Ina's + Fauna's CCV prove it). Are you a NEET? A normal working adult needs to be up at 0700. A stream starting at midnight is not watchable unless the viewer leaves an hour in. I know you retards think 5 hours of sleep is enough, but some of us have jobs that require a bit of brainwork.
Prime time is roughly 1900-2300. (Ending at 2300, streams beginning that late are prime time in a different location.)
