There is literally none other than her being friends with 5 or so members of NijiEN prior to joining, not even close to "half" of the 33 livers currently in NijiEN. She does vastly more solo content than collab content. She hardly interacts with half of her supposed clique and the other half she hardly interacts with on stream. She's always gone to bat for and been friendly towards new members, being one of the first ones to be welcoming to Nina and being one of the last ones to say anything nice regarding Zaion. She's been called, time and time again, by several members of NijiEN from Selen to Nina to Fulgur, a behind the scenes leader and "big sister" who defends livers from management when she thinks they need to be stood up to and someone who supports everyone. There's far more evidence of her being the opposite of what shitposters associate her with and pretend she is but it's regularly ignored in favor of making more narratives about NijiEN. If anyone in this shithole actually watched streams then they'd understand that she's not some big bad schemer like they believe.

In the off chance you're being genuine, I'm going to be as polite as I can to cause the least amount of discourse possible. I don't necessarily hate male-female collabs. I don't even hate all the talents either, though there are male vtubers in the branch I genuinely despise like Luca and Kyo who are obviously trying to get close to the girls on a romantic level and to leech off their numbers.
The problem with male/female collabs is when they become guerilla or they happen despite what the stream promises. It started with Petra/Maria, and it happened again with Elira and friends playing Valorant. The moment you basically make CGDCT clickbait is when I drop out, there's indies and even other corpos I can watch that don't treat their fans as poorly. If you're going to do that, you have respectful mature members on board, and you advertise the collab ahead of time like Sonny's TF2 streams, or Pomu/Rosemi/Fulgur/Doppio playing Mario Retardy 2, and its just people having fun, then I don't care, its good to watch people have fun with video games as friends.

As for Finana and Elira, Finana deserves the brunt of the shit she gets for how she treats her fans. Elira deserves flak, but more because she probably got in a good amount of people into the branch, whether via Hanamori with Uki and Shu or otherwise with Millie/Enna. The latter two basically said up front that they knew Elira in the past.

Nah seriously to think Elira acts in anyway "clique" like you either just straight up dont watch NijiEN or are just shitposting about her because you don't like her. She is friends with basically everyone, never has a bad word to say about anyone, tries her hardest to lift up and support everyone around her and is generally as inclusive and welcoming to people as possible regardless of if she knew them or didn't before Nijisanji. Petra and Nina even ended up being two of her closest friends in the company despite having no connection to her before. It's pretty hard to find any real fault with Elira as a vtuber. She hits pretty much every checkmark for being a "good one" even if you aren't a fan of her content. She's generally very professional, she doesn't get involved in dumb drama, she is respectful of both her fans and her colleagues, she's very supportive of the other members of her company, she isn't money hungry or numbers obsessed, she understands and appreciates wider vtuber and japanese culture, she remains humble and hasn't gotten an ego, whenever anything she does is a team effort she will refuse to take any credit and give it to everyone else.
