Luxiem died because of copycats not only outside of Niji, but even within. Males from noctyx and beyond were pretty much essentially cookie cutter.
Tempus with their shit CCV isn't really bringing about a brotubing meta, though. If anything the entirety of male Vtubing is on a slow, but sure death, regardless of how many new infusions of metas are introduced, because there have been WAY too many males among the 2 corpos introduced in the last year compared to girls. Your feeling is wrong. NijiEN males died on their own, Tempus had little to do with it. Case in point, Luxiems ccv decline wasn't accompanied by a significant ccv increase for Tempus, indicating little to no viewers were actually switching over and most of Luxiems viewers left on their own to completely elsewhere, certainly not to Tempus.
