If the documentary doesn't leak anything that could potentially harm her and instead is just a documentary where she speaks with someone who used to know her and she goes over what is pretty much already public data such as her scamming people on /k/ and cheating on her husband, I think it'd be pretty hard to prove that it's in violation of Fair Use. DMCA strikes almost always go in favor of the plaintiff, there's a reason why most companies when given the choice between court or dropping the charges, drop the charges.
