Hindsight is 20/20 and there should be a balance between skill and content creation experience. Sana was completely lopsided towards skill/talent and only streamed very few times, most of them being chink gacha streams and those games were already out of question for Hololive by the time she auditioned. They've all failed to far because they're focused on being "vtubers" in all the wrong areas and being fag bait. It's so fucking easy to do but they all want to be some macho cool guy who gets all the girls and just makes themselves disgusting to almost everyone, just look at RPR. From there it's just about gradually pulling attention, making smart decisions that don't unreasonably upset people while respecting their own, other peoples fans as well as the culture, and having a lot of energy and creativity in their streams to grab attention.
It should go without say they should probably avoid women in general, even if they're not in Holo. With vtubers the women are poison to the men and the men are poison to the women. Just fucking segregate already.
