Sana was clearly coasting and expecting a free renewal thanks to ina and was surprised in her graduation announcement as if she wasn't expecting it. I put fired in quotes because it's essentially the same thing as them not offering a contract renewal, end result is she's not here anymore. Gura's likely doing the same thing and being smug thinking she's untouchable but Cover might cross their arms and smile as gura shits her diapers and doesn't even have a chance to start streaming more to stay.

And they've gotten quite a bit of their share from gura already. They're currently suffering reputational damage if you will, both from fans and investors which they recently did their thing with. They're seen as tools who will bend the rules just for money. Other holos are getting lazy and likely mad at how gura/ayame are special while they aren't, lowering morale overall. Subaru yelling at choco to stream more, the list goes on. Cover can take the high road and save face with not just us but their own streamers too.

Sana, Ina, and Gura were all fighting with management over something major. It's more than not wanting to work since the other holoEN talents clearly supported them. Something is going to happen this year that will retroactively explain the problems in the EN branch.
