I think the problem might be more that there's nothing she wants to start right now. With japan coming up around the corner, she probably doesn't want to start a new series. So something simple and one off, such as minecraft, was ideally what she was looking for.

Not really. It'll end when it's over, other people who have already finished Zelda can give you a rough estimate of her time remaining based on the current position. If you really don't like Zelda, you can maybe take solace that she at least said she won't do much of any more completionist content after finishing the main story.
As for future game plans, there's nothing concrete yet (least of all because there's still rl stuff like the japan trip etc to do that impacts planning), but you know by now her usual routine pattern is one bigger/longer-running game with various smaller one-offs /variety streams in between. As for what that next big game will be, she mentioned a few she's interested in, but hasn't yet committed to settling on one definitively.

Not really. The series ends when she finishes the main story and kill ganon. She's 4 temples down, so if she wanted to, she could finish it in the next two streams.
however, there's so much side stuff and other objectives, she can really stretch it out for another few weeks if she wanted. she probably still wants the mastersword, a couple more glyphs, and another temple. And then theres all the towers and shrines she may want to get.

Nah, she still earns more than she spends, given that her total annual Holo income is something in the low six-figgy range and her biggest expenses (rent, trips/vacations, song projects etc.) are five-figures at worst. So she's likely still building up positive net wealth.
The issue is probably not one of her currently spending more than she earns, but more just some general dread sense of "this job (and most importantly, this income) won't last forever, this is probably my peak period and the most I'll ever earn in my life, and in a few years it could all go to shit and lost if I don't start getting serious about planning my nest egg now...". She has expressed similar "doomer" sentiments before sometimes, and some real talk with a concerned friend got her to give the issue renewed attention now.

Idk, she just said the last advisor was "annoying", so her issue seems less about financial competence (not like she could judge that anyways) but more about personal chemistry or "vibes", as the kids call it. Oh for sure, buying a home would probably be good for her. Not even just from a cold investment perspective (she's likely not gonna get into the speculative house-flipping business or even care much about the day-to-day resale value of her house), but from a quality of life perspective. She'd get more space for all sorts of things, a garden as some regular outdoors activity, and she can finally have that AC she always wanted. Owning your own home just feels better, you have more freedom to do what you want with it, the responsibility gives you something to do and care for, and you're not just a disposable tenant in someone else's property whom you're paying endlessly for the privilege.

Depends on the type of investments and the "service level" she wants. Yes, there are "advisors" who are basically "just give us your money, we'll take care of it and do everything for you, and you'll only need to hear back from us when we send you your annual performance report" etc. No surprises those are usually also the most expensive ones, and often their investment decisions are questionable, plus if they're also affiliated with the financial institutes they put your money in they're actually double-dipping on your expenses.
If you just do the basic and sensible thing of opening a brokerage account and putting your money into well-diversified ETFs and just let it sit there to grow over time, you don't even really need an advisor to "manage" that for you, as there's not much management a buy&hold portfolio needs. You can still use an advisor (an actual one, not a glorified sales agent) to nudge you in the right direction and teach some financial literacy if you would never come up with this plan on your own in the first place.

But it depends a lot on how rare it is for the card to be in perfect condition, and how much money the specific card and cards in that game are worth to begin with.
