Okay first of all, she has around 5.8M for Apr/May, and 500k so far in June.
she plans to clear the game she's playing right now by this weekend. I've seen other playthrough and Pekora is only at ~15% of the game at most. it would take at least 20+ hours for her to clear this game, with an average of ~25k, that's another 500k to her watch hours by this weekend.
She also plans to stream KingdomHearts next week and the week after as her weekend game, assuming she does ~5 hours a day and averages 50k, thats another 1M to her June watchhour totalling around ~2M total.
With all the weekend content filled, that leaves around 15 days of weekdays for Pekora to grind her watch hours. if we assume those 15 days will more or less perform just as bad/well as her awful first 8 days of June (~460k), then she'd have around ~850k for those weekday.
In total she'd have around 2.85M watch hours this month and 8.6M for Q2.

Now her contenders:
jinnytty has around 6.3M in Q2 so far and she's 88% done with her buff content, that's around 4-5 more stream or a week. She'd probably goes back to her usual numbers after ~7.5M which would give her around 8M which won't be an issue for Pekora.
Ironmouse in the other hand has 3.8M so far in Q2, her subathon gave her around 10.5k an hour or ~500k every 2 days. there's around 504 hours left for June which means she'll finish Q2 with 9.1M if she can maintain her 10.5k avg all the way through June.
Looking at her last year subathon, that would be unlikely however, she most likely average around 9.5k instead, which means her Q2 numbers would be closer to 8.5M.

You're a bit optimistic with the averages. But the conclusion is fine, assuming she doesn't slack off and plays at least one good watch hour game(grind). I also doubt she'll actually finish the game today, I don't think she realizes how far she actually has left. But in regards to watch hours that might be a good thing as it would mean another stream to clear it (if she wants to).
