Then you have individually released voice stuff that is less frequent for specific members at specific times like, birthday voices, request voices, voice dramas, individual voice things. Besides new stuff there are usually multiple resales of the older releases for new fans who might have got into it recently or if you just happened to miss some for whatever reason.

Nijisanji does seem take some people without streaming experience specifically if they have strong skills in other areas of content creation. I think I would prefer it not be existing en vtubers that are indies though. I don't really have any good impressions of those but I admit that might be because I don't really pay that much attention. Maybe there are some good ones in there.

Ichikara is still bad at trying. For starters, they should have Nijibara, Nijiquiz, and Levergacha episodes all officially CC'd or hard subbed and repremiered at the English channel.

Cover songs should have CC and English localized title and description on release. (since community cc is kill the process is now very painful and you have to submit it through a form). They should stick English metatags in addition to the JP ones.

Have a program like nico's Happy Hour but aimed for English audience, preferably advertised properly and on their English channel.

I really don't get why at least levergacha isn't done. I am fairly sure I read an interview where they specifically stated one of the aims of making the show was for it to be an easy point of entry for newcomers (speaking about the japanese audience at the time of course).

No kidding, I get why it wouldn't have been subbed when it started, but I don't understand why they still don't even try to sub them when they're willing to go through the hassle of hiring an entire branch. I'm pretty sure hiring a single translator is cheaper than that. Hell, they could even just use the clip translators.

Also why are only the first two episodes of Levergacha subbed? The subs don't seem to be very good either, but I can't tell if that's because they just accepted a community cc, or in usual JP fashion, they just used a Japanese dude who isn't great at English.

They also need to have romanized names on all YT channels and Twitter accounts like 90% of Hololive do so people can find them easier. And preferably with a consistent name order, right now Nijis can't decide whether they want to use western or Japanese name order and it gets confusing (e.g. you have Nishizono Chigusa channel and then you have Hayato Kagami channel).
