Vtubers are categorically superior to fleshtubers in literally almost every single way, and as the technology progresses the ways they can't match them disappear with every new innovation. They're also more creative than them and the medium allows them to do things the fleshtubers can't. Literally all it takes is one good, determined vtuber to realize this and spear head things and they could actively work on fully replacing fleshtubers entirely if they could successfully purge the cancer that's holding the medium back like the twitch indies, vshojo, NijiCN and now mythic.
That's not to mention how absurd it is for someone who himself admits he doesn't even like vtubers to speak on them as if he actually fully understands everything.

A flesh streamer will always only be "a guy", with with vtubers being able to be anything, this opens up more creative avenues for them and they can lightly role play more of a fun character that's far more unique than these people, there is no "hiding" unless you're just privacy conscious. It's always been clear appearance doesn't affect a male streamers popularity with how you can find balding short dudes, guys with hair that looks like a greasy mop, etc. being perfectly successful, their appearance changes very little. I'll admit you get a lot more guys who lack confidence and so choose to become vtubers because they're so scared to be looked at than you do guys who just think it's cool and choose to do it because they find it more creatively open and fun, but that's the problem with them.
