I've seen nearly all the holos debut streams and i can guarantee that all were a bit of a mess at best and grew more comfortable with their role over time, which to be fair is just being a streamer, bottom of the barrel of entertainment.
And even then most of the ones named here like Pekora or Korone look pretty much like an anxious fish out of water the moment they go into an MC role like in a 3D variety stream.

Not a person, but for me, Holox is a very underrated group of vtubers. For how much people whine about them being "shilled too much", they have their own speciality in which they are very good at, and together, they feel like one of the strongest group of entertainers of the vtubing sphere, a swiss knife if you will

Pretty much all of Holo EN except Gura and Ame, and let's be honest, Ame would be a better A-chan equivalent. Gura is too lazy to be an actual entertainer and should probably just do twitch react streams all day.
