In order of increasing severity you would have something like a casual viewer > a dedicated viewer > a subscriber > a dedicated subscriber who frequently talks in a streamer specific discord > moderators > whales > insane stalkers who have to know every detail of a streamers life. In big streamers chats casual and dedicated viewers who mostly just show up for streams probably aren't that mentally ill, but they also don't go out of their way to directly interact with the streamer. The people who go out of their way to pay for a streamers attention, or ingratiate themselves with a streamer in order to mod for them for free will naturally have more screws lose.
