I have to say, Matsuri has actually improved mechanically. Quite a bit. Her strafing, hipfire and recoil control is much better. Shotguns still kinda trash but her flatline is very solid.
Like the improvement in this tournament is much bigger than what I've ever seen from her. All those hours finally paying off huh

And if you want an example of why it's important for a 3rd to pull their weight (as Matsuri did), look at Uruca...highest kills, damage and three champions yet his team still came 2nd.

Also YCM being the only team where every player hits the 10 total kill mark says a lot about how solid this team was. Matsuri has never played this well in a tournament before, it's great to see she's improved. They wouldn't have won if Matsuri played like she did back in her past tournaments, her plays actually mattered a lot this time.

Good calls, good focus fire (VERY IMPORTANT), also she was much more aggressive and kept putting pressure on enemies, which is her biggest improvement during this one. She used to be so passive before, sitting in corners waiting for others to get kills. Now she was much more aggressive and kept putting pressure with good mid-long range sprays and during team fights she actually pushed in properly with good hipfire sprays. Her work has finally payed off

Her greatest fault is focusing on negative comments which has caused her to go back and forth with antis because she's not experienced in regards to dealing with negative and hateful comments. At the beginning she wasn't much of a gamer and did more of a little girl RP, only did zatsu, played small indies and pubg. Then she got a bit hooked on minecraft and play lots of it until she gave apex a chance, her first FPS ever. With time she abandoned her RP and focused on only mostly playing apex, which caused a portion of her fans to stop watching her plus some vtuber antis kept pestering her and other niji members. Antis questioned her about her exclusivity to apex compared to other members and her quality as a streamer. She took some breaks, but every time she came back the antis would flock to her because they knew she's an easy prey for their comments.
After failing to reach diamond in a 23h stream that ended up in tears she took another break and told people that, while she isn't much of a gamer, she really likes playing apex, it would be the main content for her channel and that wouldn't change in the future. After that she went on a streak of successes on apex with KCK and Yukio, which then were followed by more anti comments about her performance with them among other things. Though, she's getting a bit better at handling anti comments, she's still can't focus on the positives and ignore everyone else
