Largely a non-issue. Rather than focus on how the audience should behave, the talents should try their best not to be brought down by light jabs at misfortunes (EN Curse, as an example).
The context matters but the talent has the greater power here and how they navigate misfortunes will be reflected onto the fans. Keep things light hearted and try not to take it too seriously.

Perhaps a better method might be to foster healthy criticism and be open to critiques even when you put forth your best effort. By all means, try new things but understand that not every new idea will be accepted. Rather than being discouraged, talents should try harder next time and not be afraid of failing with whatever new ideas they come up with.
