I think the combo of young + dedication is what will determine this. Someone like koro-san loves what she does, but she's getting up in age and I'd be surprised if she really keeps this up well into her 40s. I'd say the ones who are in their early 20s and have the parasocial relationship going on with their audience are likely to stay on the ship for a long fucking time or til Hololive dies.
