The main difference between JP and EN is that JP understands the culture of the industry of staying in character, while EN largely sees the industry as no different than being a regular streamer. It's really telling when you have Pekora or Miko in JP who stream practically everyday and maintain their characters, when compared to most of EN who doesn't stream nearly as much.
