Probably. But part of my issue is which reference? Separately I’m working on actual portraits but the doodles are at least partially to figure out what type and level of stylization I like. Right now I’m never quite sure what I actually want to draw when it comes to faces. So it’s not terrible or anything but there a few things working against it: multiple figures. A male figure. Not horny. Somewhat tricky composition since you have to make clear two figures engaging each other while hiding something behind their back. Fully clothed so have to draw a fiddly costume. The biggest part is you wrote a story that isn’t easy to convey in a single panel. A lot of requests are like that: they want a fanfic turned into an illustration that really requires a comic.
