It has always been lack of discussion which can be blamed on a variety of things. You don't need to constantly put out lore to be a participant in the thread, you just need to bring up and willingly discuss ideas in this general when they're related to this general. Even the blanket viewing of an idea is enough to potentially invoke a casual viewer to put forth their own ideas.

The issue is that the discussion of ideas is lessened and spoiled by its limited exposure. There are alot of ways to discuss ideas and different types of concepts which would have different types of discussions and conceptual intercourse but the idea that putting forth a concept and getting as fast a response and discussion as possible would be better than a slower response is flawed. I could get a fast response from a friend who I inform about a potential story, "Oh that sounds cool, thats a great idea." but that's not something that furthers discussion and we have examples from the thread to show that. When you limit the exposure of your ideas, you can easily end up hurting them by limiting the amount of people that can contribute to its development and while having no contribution to an ideas development is fine, having some but not others for the sake of speed is also a quick way to find yourself coming under bias.
Discord itself is inherently indecent, for more than one reason but primarily in regards to the thread its a net negative that splits discussion for the sake of the individual but is actually at the cost of both the individual and the thread itself.

Technically /meat/ also uses runes and from memory they are basically elder futhark with a few modifications. You would have to ask the gnome for more on /meat/'s language. Owl-A is basically an archaic rune like language but the only existing lore for it was written in gibberish, so in otherwords there's not that much on it. Modern script should be archived and is based more on holo-dhennet + Russian than any Latin or Germanic languages.
It was agreed with the old /uuu/ writer(s) that the saplings write a dialect of Hooman for daily use but they still maintain their own old ritual language for religious use. The spoken language is probably closely related to Hooman too (so again, related or heavily influenced by Holo-dhennet).

If we revise the origin of the country a bit and have the synthesis be pretty far from the founding (at least 80 years or plus) then maybe? Since I don't know how to incorporate the Norse element from the recent streams. Like a group left the North West down south over population pressure/ political instability etc. Which then mixed with the local culture. I have an idea sort of based off of the Electrone Engine and Chuubanite Martial Styles.
Song Blades: chuubanite alloyed weapons that emit musical notes when they cut through the air. May or may not release a chuubanite effect but I imagine them to be sharp like Valyrian Steel and to have a kind of effect where the wielder's abilities are enhanced the better they match the tempo and rhythm of their blades anthem and vice versa so you'd need to dedicate some time to memorizing the musical patterns in a song and dedicate time to train specifically with your blade in order to use it properly.
ie: A song blade with Guru Guru Mawaru as its aligned blade anthem requires the user of the blade to have a stamina that can match the faster beat of the song while Nanonanora would have a user who is skilled enough to entwine the slower beats of the song with defensive techniques in order to stay on their toes until they can accelerate when the chorus kicks in

When I started to write, I did not expect the thread itself to turn out so warlike as it did so I have adapted that aspect into this.... any feedback is well appreciated and desired from anyone as I am messing with chuubanite too here in multiple ways.

Driven by unmatched zeal, restlessness, and the spirit of their kami: The samurai of the Harawata Oukoku have built their reputation upon the blood, guts and bones of the hundreds of thousands they have slew over the years.

Training from birth in the Harawatese «Art of War», the samurai class of the Kingdom lives under three rules of war.

This is accomplished through multiple avenues:

First being how the Harawatese appear and act on the battlefield. They wear armor that is a mixture of Lulunium, Unounium and other metals that is superior in many fields: including its ability to withstand musket fire and melee attacks, the lightweightness of it, and perhaps most importantly how it gives off this vibe that enemies have reported «gives you a sense of dread and unnerving that is enhanced by the horrific masks, and masks that accompanies them; along with the dreadful shout they give off before entering battle.» It’s not just the appearance or the sound, but even the weapons themselves are brutally effective and terrifying; giving off the sound known as «Demonic noise» when their swords are swung. The use of both of the chemicals above also gets one into a trance for battle as well, berserk if you will.

Second, it is through the «black flag policy» whereby no prisoners will be taken and those who dare surrender will be put to death in gruesome manners.

Third, it is how the Harawatese should little regard to the idea of battlefield chivalry or the proper way to fight. Attacking at night, during storms, or during holidays is part of their strategy.

For a small island nation that is dwarfed by her neighbors in numbers, this was a doctrine that was adopted rather early. It is seen through not only the quality of armour and weapons mentioned above but through the relentless training that the samurai undertake. I'd take a bullet before I acknowledge Mythic but nowadays Phase is growing big enough to at least make it the big three and a half. That's probably one of the reasons so much conflict occured outside of the fact that every corpo fanbase here inherently can't resist tribalism when the opportunity presents itself.
