So what got Zaion in trouble was pretty much that she didn't consult a problem with her own manager but instead with another manager. This could be considered a breach of the company's structure and a rude gesture that can be seen as 'Zaion didn't trust her own manager' or 'Zaion's manager was incompetent'.

However, because of this, we now know that her former manager was not reliable. She stated that she and her genmates had already gotten a manager that helped them prepare for their career in Nijisanji, with whom she and the others had already had a good relationship. But for some unknown reason, they instead replaced that manager with a newbie manager (2-week hires), whom Zaion said was literally also being managed by another manager. Or, to be more precise, this newbie manager was still being mentored by a senior manager.

Like, why? Why do they put a newbie to manage a WHOLE gen? I can understand if this newbie only had to manage just 1 liver, but 6 livers together? That's just asking for trouble. This would also have been a different story if this newbie manager had been assigned from the start of their training instead of just a replacement for their former manager, whom they had already become comfortable with.

This might have been true last year when the company was till growing. But right now viewer counts are stagnating, management has shown themselves to be inept even outside of Zaion with NijiFES AR being cancelled, and you still have to deal with the bullshit that is Japanese game permissions.
Small corpos are a gamble and there's only IdolEN/Phase that can possibly shake up the meta in the west, but even though both companies are only really known for one big talent, it still might be safer to try your luck with those. If anything the bonus is that you don't need to tolerate a K-pop-tier fanbase that WILL throw you to the wolves first chance they get.

Tempus didn't lead to a massive decrease in views for HoloEN but it definitely pushed the Hololive audience to spread out to smaller agencies when Cover decided to not debut an EN3 in 2022. Idol and Phase Connect had pretty big growths during this period, especially after Tempus Part 2 debuted. But I guess the jew company getting viewers is somehow a crime and everyone should be Coverdrones and suck yagoo's dick.
